First & Fastest

First & Fastest is the Shore Line Interurban Historical Society's excellent quarterly publication. Much information on the Chicago Aurora & Elgin can be found within the pages of First & Fastest and a fair portion of the information here came from those pages. Yet instead of creating and then constantly updating a list of individual articles that are sources for some of the information provided on GreatThirdRail.org, a complete listing of F&F publications is provided below in chronological order with articles on the CA&E listed for easy reference. Citation of individual articles appears where pertinent.
